Complete the form. All fields are required. Be honest — that's what we're looking for.
Shortlisted applicants get a 20-minute conversation with someone from our team.
Successful applicants receive an offer, onboarding details, and a welcome pack that doesn't feel like a corporate handbook.
Intake 1: February to March. Intake 2: August to September. Early applications are encouraged.
Mentorship applications are reviewed manually by our core team to ensure strong student-mentor matching.
Our mentors are professionals who built careers worth learning from — and who are willing to share that honestly with someone earlier in the journey.
Mentors are equipped with guidance and support to help students with goals, applications, and practical decision-making.
Your contribution helps strengthen student support, mentorship activities, and youth leadership development.
