The Leadership Academy is open to people between 16 and 25. We actively work to make our cohorts diverse — we're not interested in picking the easiest people to develop. Financial need does not disqualify you. We have full and partial scholarships available; just indicate your situation on the application and we'll follow up.

We run two intakes per year — January and July. Applications typically open 8 weeks before each start date. Follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

Some programs carry a nominal participation fee. It's there because commitment matters — not to exclude anyone. No young person is turned away for financial reasons. Full and partial scholarships are available, and we handle those conversations with care.

Donations support mentorship delivery, student support activities, and youth leadership program development across our focus schools.
